The New Testament Challenge is important because it encourages us to read every book in the New Testament. Many believers love the Bible but only read certain portions. Maybe Psalms or favourite books. Some read random passages or chapters inspired by devotionals they are currently reading.
The Holy Spirit inspired every book in the Bible. God protected His Word through the centuries and the Lord has much truth to share with us. People gave their lives to translate the Old Testament manuscripts from Hebrew and Aramaic, and the New Testament manuscripts from Greek, so we can enjoy the Bible in our language.
