Justice | Val WaldeckA-Z Challenge 2018

Motivational Tips from the Good Book

Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves;
ensure justice for those being crushed.
Yes, speak up for the poor and helpless,
and see that they get justice.
Proverbs 31:8-9

This is a huge challenge in our modern-day world. There is so much need and the Lord wants to touch people through His Children. Are we up to the challenge to speak up for justice for the poor and helpless?

The Most Dangerous Place in the World Today for Human Beings

The poor and helpless are found in every society, but did you know the most dangerous place in the world today is a mother’s womb?

According to WHO, every year in the world there are an estimated 40-50 million abortions. This corresponds to approximately 125,000 abortions per day. South African statistics run at around 85,000 per year.

Here is a question for you. Think before you answer.

There was a young woman from a very poor background who became pregnant. Her fianceĀ (who was not responsible for the pregnancy) was reluctant to go through with the marriage. The society she lived in did not take kindly to her alleged immoral lifestyle and she was the talk of their small village. Her life was at a crossroads. Would you support an abortion in her case?

There is no single issue that threatens innocent life more directly, consistently, and urgently; than the deliberate execution of children in their mother’s womb in direct violation of God’s explicit command, “Thou Shalt Not Kill.”

Let’s determine to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, no matter how unpopular it makes us.

Always amazes me how people who insist they have a right to say what happens to their own bodies, at the same time deny that same right to an unborn human being.
